Canada Federal Skilled Worker Program

On November 2008 Canada Changed their immigration                       requirements and promised faster processing times from 3-5 years to 6-12 months, reduced the point level to qualify for a Permanent Resident (PR) application from 75 down to 67, and reduced the job classifications from 300 to 38. The complete list of job classifications that qualify are posted here. The assessment to achieve the 67 points is based on your education level, your working experiences, English skills, age, and adaptability.

When you are approved for PR you and your immediate family are now legal to live and work anywhere in Canada. The Canadian government is certifying the job classifications are open and in need of workers. People from all over the world are applying for PR for the chance of a better life. It has never been an easier time to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada than today.
