ASMCI Initial Process
After the Memorandum of Agreement is signed ASMCI-USA will source out the agreed upon number of nurses. Resumes and any relevant information about the nurses will be sent to the healthcare facility. The healthcare facility will choose the applicants to be hired by review of resume, phone, or video conference interview. The healthcare facility will notify ASMCI within 24 hours of their selection along with a salary offer. ASMCI will offer the employment contract to the applicant and immediately after signature express mail the contracts to our client for signature.
The immigration process begins once our attorney receives all of the necessary documentation from both the sponsoring facility and the applicant.
Documents needed for immigration
- Healthcare facility certified financial statement or tax returns (Immigration Requirement)
- Signed Employment Contract
- Signatory’s title, Federal ID number, Facility’s address, phone, and fax number
- Year the facility was established
- Signed employment contract
- CGFNS certificate or U.S. RN license
- Physical Therapist must be credentialed and holding a license in the intended state of employment
- High school transcripts in English
- College transcripts in English
- Birth certificate of the applicant and immediate family to be petitioned.
